Job Description: Axiel Technologies Limited is seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Officer to join our team. As the authorized distributor of Leica Geosystems' reality capture business line in Nigeria, we are dedicated to providing cutting-edge geospatial solutions and unparalleled support to professionals in various industries. Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Think strategically by seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business.
  • Implement necessary planning to facilitate operational changes and seek ways to improve business operations.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services and advise others about them.
  • Train team members and arrange external training where appropriate.
  • Discuss promotional strategies and activities with the marketing department.
  • Work closely with the finance team, warehousing, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Attend seminars, conferences, and events to represent Axiel Technologies and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members to foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, suggesting corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the geospatial or related industries.
  • Strong strategic planning and market research skills.
  • Excellent leadership, training, and team management skills.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing business strategies.
  • Strong understanding of geospatial technology and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description: Axiel Technologies Limited is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the authorized distributor of Leica Geosystems' reality capture business line in Nigeria, we are dedicated to providing cutting-edge geospatial solutions and unparalleled support to professionals in various industries. Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for clients' systems on-site.
  • Liaise on calibration, repairs, and maintenance of instruments.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels of spare parts.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of repair service quotes.
  • Constantly contact clients to recall their instruments due for calibration and service.
  • Perform service diagnostics and equipment repairs.
