Job Description:
Axiel Technologies Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Salesperson to join our team. As the authorized distributor of Leica Geosystems’ reality capture business line in Nigeria, we are dedicated to providing cutting-edge geospatial solutions and unparalleled support to professionals in various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Train team members and organize training sessions for clients.
• Attend seminars, conferences, and events to represent Axiel Technologies.
• Liaise with Customer Support and After Sales Support Team.
• Discuss promotional strategies with the marketing department.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes.
• Work with Finance, Warehousing, and Logistics units to ensure smooth operations.
• Build business by identifying and selling to prospects.
• Establish contact with prospects and develop relationships.
• Provide support and guidance to clients, recommending new opportunities.
• Identify product improvements and stay current on market activities.
• Prepare and analyze reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Maintain quality service and organizational standards.
• Continue professional development through workshops and professional societies.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities and ensure planned actions are followed.
• Perform product demonstrations and provide training to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in geospatial or related industries.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Understanding of geospatial technology and market trends.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
