Job Description:
Axiel Technologies Limited is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the authorized distributor of Leica Geosystems’ reality capture business line in Nigeria, we are dedicated to providing cutting-edge geospatial solutions and unparalleled support to professionals in various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for clients’ systems on-site.
• Liaise on calibration, repairs, and maintenance of instruments.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of spare parts.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of repair service quotes.
• Constantly contact clients to recall their instruments due for calibration and service.
• Perform service diagnostics and equipment repairs.
• Complete equipment adjustments and cleaning services as assigned.
• Adhere to Leica Geosystems’ service protocols.
• Liaise with the sales team and Marcom to market the service center.
• Render on-site/telephone support and provide product demonstrations and training to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Support, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical support, especially with geospatial or surveying instruments.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service.
